The challenge
The brokerage needed a modern, brand-compliant web presence, internal tooling to handle incoming leads quickly, and a way to put a mortgage calculator on partner and broker websites.
The approach

Rebuilt the website on TYPO3 with a Vue frontend, and built internal lead-management tools in CakePHP + Vue that automatically assign leads to the correct branch and advisor.

Designed and administered the full AWS infrastructure — EC2, RDS, load balancing and multi-instance setups — for zero-downtime and scalability.

Built a configurable financing calculator with an API, embeddable on partner and broker sites via a single script tag, feeding customer data and repayment plans straight to the responsible advisor.
